Terms and Conditions for Alexandra Aesthetics General Terms 1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Alexandra Aesthetics. 1.2 By booking an appointment or purchasing a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Appointments and Bookings 2.1 All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. 2.2 Appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. 2.3 We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made at any time will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit, as outlined in section 2.1. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, the full service price will be charged. *Please note that deposits remain non-refundable under all circumstances.* 2.4 All deposits are bound by force majeure. Should an event happen which is unforeseeable and outside the control of Alexandra Aesthetics such as product delivery or machinery failure, the deposit will remain non-refundable but will be transferred to any appointment booked within three months of the original appointment date. No-Show Policy 3.1 If you fail to attend your appointment without providing notice, your deposit will not be refunded or transferred. 3.2 A new deposit will be required to make a new booking following a no-show. Late Arrival Policy 4.1 We offer a 10-minute grace period for appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment if it affects subsequent bookings. 4.2 If you notify us in advance of a late arrival, we may reschedule your appointment under the same booking. 4.3 Arriving more than 10 minutes late without prior notice will result in a cancellation, and you will forfeit your deposit. A new deposit will be required for future bookings. Consultations and Treatments 5.1 All new clients must complete a consultation form before receiving any treatments. 5.2 It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information during the consultation. Failure to do so may affect the results of your treatment. 5.3 We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable for any reason. Payment 6.1 The balance of the payment for your treatment is due on the day of the appointment. 6.2 We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and cash. Refunds and Exchanges 7.1 Deposits are non-refundable. 7.2 Except as previously expressed herein, all payments under this Agreement will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable Liability 8.1 Alexandra Aesthetics will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the provision of services that are provided with all due care and professionalism. 8.2 It is your responsibility to follow the aftercare instructions provided to you. We are not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow these instructions. Privacy and Confidentiality 9.1 Your privacy is important to us. All personal information provided will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of your treatment and as required by law. 9.2 We will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent. Changes to Terms and Conditions 10.1 Alexandra Aesthetics reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication channels. Governing Law 11.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alexandra Aesthetics operates. Digital Products – Online Courses and Masterclasses 12.1 Digital Products By purchasing any digital product from Alexandra Aesthetics (such as online courses, downloadable content, or masterclasses), you acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-refundable digital product that will be delivered immediately upon payment. Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to the digital product, and by doing so, you expressly waive your 14-day right to cancel the purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as you have requested the content to be delivered immediately. 12.2 Non-Refundable Policy As digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, no refunds or exchanges will be provided, except as required by law. In the event of technical issues preventing access to the product, please contact us at alexandraaesthetics@outlook.com to resolve the issue. 12.3 Copyright and Usage Rights All digital content provided by Alexandra Aesthetics is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal use only. You agree not to share, copy, redistribute, or sell any part of the digital content. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the content will be subject to legal action. 12.4 Access and Technical Support Alexandra Aesthetics will make reasonable efforts to ensure that digital products are accessible and functional. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to technical issues beyond our control. In case of any access issues, please contact us, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In-Person Training & Masterclasses 13.1 Booking & Payment By booking a spot in any in-person training or masterclass offered by Alexandra Aesthetics, you agree to the following payment terms: A non-refundable deposit of £500 is required to secure your place in the masterclass. The total fee for the masterclass is £1297, with the remaining balance to be paid either: In full at the time of booking, or In installments, with the full balance due two weeks prior to the scheduled date. Failure to pay the full balance by the due date may result in your place being canceled, and the deposit remaining non-refundable. If a payment plan is agreed upon, it must be paid according to the agreed schedule. 13.2 Cancellation & Rescheduling The deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. If you cancel your booking within 7 days of the masterclass, you forfeit the full fee (deposit plus remaining balance). If you need to reschedule, we require at least 3 weeks' notice. Rescheduling with less than 3 weeks' notice will result in the full fee being non-refundable, unless Alexandra Aesthetics, at its sole discretion, agrees to a rescheduling. In the event of a no-show, you will not be entitled to a refund or the ability to reschedule. 13.3 Liability & Insurance You must hold an active insurance policy that covers you for liability related to cosmetic procedures before attending the training. Alexandra Aesthetics will provide all models for the practical aspects of the training. Any complications that arise from work performed during the masterclass will be treated by the Trainer. Any subsequent claims arising from your work will be covered by your own insurance. Alexandra Aesthetics will not be held liable for any work you perform outside of the masterclass. All work performed by you after the masterclass is your responsibility, and must be covered under your own insurance policy. 13.4 Intellectual Property & Confidentiality All training materials, content, and techniques presented during the masterclass are intellectual property of Alexandra Aesthetics. You are not permitted to record, photograph, or reproduce any part of the training without prior written consent from Alexandra Aesthetics. The content, techniques, and methods taught during the training are protected by copyright and cannot be reproduced, distributed, or sold. You agree not to replicate or teach the techniques from the masterclass under any name similar to or the same as the "THE 360 TECHNIQUE" or its variants. Any breach of these intellectual property terms will result in a penalty of £10,000 per breach, and additional damages may be pursued if they exceed this amount. 13.5 Settlement of Disputes In the event of any disputes arising from your participation in the training or masterclass, you agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably first. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be handled by the courts in the jurisdiction where Alexandra Aesthetics is located. By booking an appointment or purchasing a service, in person training or online training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
