Subscription Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all clients who subscribe to our monthly payment plan via Direct Debit with Alexandra Aesthetics Ltd.

1. About the Subscription

1.1 This subscription is not a contract. You may cancel your Direct Debit at any time without penalty.

1.2 You may also amend your monthly payment amount at any time to suit your needs.

1.3 All payments made into your account are non-refundable and will be held as a balance to be redeemed against future treatments.

1.4 You cannot withdraw cash or request a refund of your balance under any circumstances. It is redeemable only for treatments.

2. Using Your Balance for Treatments

2.1 You may use your balance to pay for any treatment at Alexandra Aesthetics Ltd.

2.2 If your balance does not cover the full cost of a treatment, the remaining amount must be paid on the day of the appointment.

2.3 If your balance exceeds the cost of a treatment, the remaining amount will remain in your account for future use.

2.4 Payments are collected via Direct Debit on the 1st of every month and typically arrive with us by the 6th of the month.

2.5 If you wish to use that month's payment toward a booking, please allow for the payment processing time when booking your appointment.

3. Subscription Cancellation and Balance Expiry

3.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your existing balance will remain valid for 12 months from the date of your last payment.

3.2 After this 12-month period, any unused balance will expire and will not be redeemable or refundable.

3.3 This expiry policy ensures fair use of the service while allowing flexibility and ample time to book treatments.
